Terms and Conditions for REVERSED
Payment
REVERSED accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Skrill, and PayPal.
Payment will only be charged to your account once the physical item has been shipped or the digital product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currency:
Denmark – Danish Kroner (DKK)
REVERSED uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using SSL protocol, meaning your data is protected and cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.
Delivery
Delivery time is 1–5 business days.
Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date you receive the product to return it.
The buyer is responsible for returning the product. To initiate a return, send a message on Instagram or email [email protected].
Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function. This means you may try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond this, it will be considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all. REVERSED reserves the right to assess the condition of the item.
Complaints (Warranty)
A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects must be reported to REVERSED within a reasonable time after receiving the product. Up to two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The right to complain is void in cases of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
REVERSED covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints sent cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

We do not resell personal information and do not share your personal data with others. It is only stored in our customer database. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Personal data is stored by REVERSED for up to five years, after which it is deleted.
